About IFN
An independent cinema network.
The Indie Film Network is an independent cinema network dedicated to discovering, preserving, and showcasing films outside the traditional studio system.
The goal is not to compete with Hollywood. The goal is to give independent cinema another place to be discovered.
IFN runs like a network: programming blocks every day on IFN Live, and every film on demand. It covers independent film across generations and technologies, from classic and cult cinema to the open movies, game-engine films, and AI-assisted work of the next generation. The filmmaker matters, and the film is the star.

Meet the Founder
Charlie
Owner & Founder, The Indie Film Network
Charlie founded The Indie Film Network (IFN) to champion independent filmmaking and bring distinctive stories to a wider audience.
With a longtime background in the film and television industry, including work in independent production and working with IATSE, Charlie has spent years experiencing filmmaking from behind the scenes and seeing firsthand the creativity, collaboration, and hard work that goes into bringing a production to life.
IFN grew from that experience and Charlie’s lifelong love of film and television. His goal is to create a place where independent filmmakers can share their work, reach new audiences, and have another platform dedicated to the stories they create.
The network is currently in its early stages, with the website, programming, and filmmaker community being built from the ground up.
“Film is creativity at work: turning ideas into stories people can experience together.”
Outside of film, Charlie enjoys the beach, spending time in Augusta, Georgia, and life with his dog, Big E.
